Why do you love travel?
Travel opens my eyes, my mind and my palate! I’ll eat and do anything (and write about it) when I’m on the road. I love that travel makes me fearless.
What destination is top of your bucket list?
Reykjavík, Iceland! And I’m so excited to say that I’ll be crossing it off the old bucket list at the end of March. Bring on the hákarl!
Where is your most favourite place you have travelled to?
Cape Town is still one of my all my time favorite places in the world. I went last year and the locals, the beauty, the culture, it all blew me away. It’s a town that I could easily move to.
What is your most favourite memory or experience whilst travelling?
Recently I visited the Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Besides just being an all-around incredible experience (seriously, I can’t recommend it enough) the little four year old who kept sneaking his trunk into my banana bag made my heart melt!

What is your favourite photo from your travels?
Every time I look at this photo I give myself travel envy! Playa Knip Beach in Curaçao is a local secret, which is what has kept everything about it so perfect.
