Dive in Margate competes with any Mexican food in London and is one of the best places to eat in Margate.
For anyone not familiar with Dive, they’re located on the harbour arm. This is great when the weather is pleasant, but not ideal when it’s raining or windy. As such, Dive is set to re-open in Spring 2024. So I was excited to hear the team opened a restaurant with indoor seating.
I’m pleased to say High Dive continues to deliver delicious Mexican dishes. The menu remains small, but still enough to satisfy all tastes and dietary requirements. The High Dive website does suggest the new location allows “more space to experiment and play” which I’m very excited to see what this brings.
We had the cheese quesadillas, tortilla chips and guacamole, pork taco and mung bean taco which we can all recommend. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough room for dessert, but I look forward to trying their cinnamon ice cream!
