Show your love of the city with these great London poster prints from Place in Print.
Who doesn’t love a pun?
I stood and read every single one. First with a confused look on my face while I tried to figure out the pun, then giggling to myself after five seconds once I finally got it.
So clever.
I was at the Artists’ Open House, part of the Dulwich Festival. Over 200 artists invite the public to snoop around their studios and showcase their products.
I popped into Place In Print, located in Havelock Walk, Forest Hill. Placeinprint.com sell a number of beautiful gifts and art prints, including Neighbourhood Puns by Pate.
You’ll also find pretty patterned gifts from Nancy Straughan – love my new notebooks! I’m planning on using them for some sort of art/typography/lyric a day challenge – watch this space! Look out for print workshops and classes with Nancy!
If you love London, you’ll probably love Place in Print and want to buy everything like I do.
Another studio which I loved visiting was Wayne Parker and Lenka Rayn. Regular readers will know how much I love taking photographs. So much inspiration – take a look at their portfolios! Lenka’s book of photo-a-day for three years has given me an idea… I also loved these little boxes featuring landscapes and miniature people!
Here are a few other random photos I took of Havelock Walk which is seriously pretty!
